Associate Manager -Supply Operations (MAP)
locations – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
About the Role:
Responsible for executing various Artwork Operations activities supporting the manufacturing sites to ensure quality & compliant artwork creation and implementation on time, every time, safely and efficiently with full satisfaction of our customers within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within high standards of GMP, HSE and good working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the forecasting, demand & supply planning of assigned MAP supplies projects and compounds. Co-ordinate with different functions as per the project requirement and plan for required supplies.
- Processing and managing IPRs, Global Cohort / PSDS MAP requests in coordination with CMRs/ESP/NTO-SC/GCS.
- Preparation of Budget estimations, RFQ as per project assumptions.
- Review of Quotes received form ESP, budget tracking against SLA/PO.
- Monthly meeting with MAP lead and GCS SCM for project status update.
- End to end tracking of MAP requests to ensure timely delivery of drug to the MAP patients.
- Coordination with CMR for availability of all required approvals and documents pre and post shipment (Import license/HA approval, temperature data logger, etc.).
- Archival of all MAP supplies related documents in Novartis approved repository as per defined nomenclature to support audit readiness for MAP.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in the field of Supply Chain Management. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy/ Life Science/ Engineering/Commerce/Economics

- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong quality & compliance mindset
- Excellent communication, stakeholder’s management skills.
- Able to work successfully with multinational teams in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
